This License is to request that the Grand Valley Drainage District  (GVDD) issue a revocable discharge license to allow a land owner to discharge a specified amount of storm water into a GVDD facility at a the specified point source.

A Discharge License application form and the associated Addendum and Definitions can be downloaded HERE.
If you have any questions related to this application and attached documents, please contact our offices during regular business hours.
Note that a required part of the discharge license application is a completed Post-Construction Stormwater Control Operations and Maintenance Agreement (PCMA). The area specific PCMA document can be found at this LINK.
The completed application needs to be submitted to the District’s Clerk for processing.
